After 25 years of serving the Robertson County community, a local restaurant announced the closing of its Springfield location later this week.
In a Facebook post on Aug. 1, Whitt’s Barbecue manager Jeff Plank stated that the building’s property owner has decided not to renew the restaurant’s lease, which was set to expire soon.
Located at 3516 Tom Austin Hwy., Whitt’s final day of operation in Springfield will now be on Aug. 15…
