LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas State Police have released dashcam footage showing a pursuit that ended in a crash causing a brief power outage in Little Rock two weeks ago.
According to a crash report, the crash happened after 9 p.m. on July 31 near the Dillards corporate office on Cantrell Road.
