TONTITOWN, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Pleas entered on Monday for reality TV star Joseph Duggar and his wife, Kendra, in an Arkansas district court will allow their child endangerment and false imprisonment cases to be diverted for a year, according to court documents.
Elm Springs District Court records obtained by KNWA/FOX24 say that the Duggars’ attorney, Travis Story, submitted a plea by order on July 10, meaning their case will be placed under advisement for a year.
If the two abide by a list of conditions for the next year, their charges will be dropped. The conditions listed on the order were not to commit any new criminal offenses, remain in good behavior, follow all court orders and any directions of the Arkansas Department of Human Services, and pay fines and costs of $1,850 before the end of the advisement period…
