Residents have expressed concern over a proposed drive-thru restaurant in Lynnfield at 630 Salem St.
Attorney Jesse Schomer, representing the petitioner, 170 Tremont Street LLC, presented the proposal at the Zoning Board of Appeals’ most recent meeting, explaining why his client is seeking two variances, one pursuant to Section 5.4 and another under Section 10.3.2.3, for the drive-thru restaurant.
“The reason why we are now before you for the variances, and why we believe there is a practical difficulty that justifies the board granting that relief, is that the drive-thru format of a restaurant is not in LB Zoning District,” he said…
