(WXIN/WTTV) – Rain persisted Wednesday, creating flooding concerns around central Indiana that prompted emergencies, road closures and evacuations.
Several counties in the east central part of the state were under a Flash Flood Warning as a front stalled, dumping several inches of rain on the area. The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Emergency in Henry and Delaware counties with more rain in the forecast.
