Heather Heyer Way closure marks nine years since her murder in white supremacist attack

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Heather Heyer Way, a portion of 4th Steet in Downtown Charlottesville, was closed on Wednesday, August 12, to mark nine years since Heyer was murdered during the Unite the Right rally.

The closure ran from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
