EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police Department officials say a man was arrested Tuesday on voyeurism charges.
According to an affidavit, a woman told police she was in a relationship with the suspect, later identified as Daniel Ward, and while she was using the bathroom at her house, Daniel had left his phone sitting on the sink counter.
Police say the victim told officers Daniel’s phone was open on the sink counter and as she walked into the bathroom, she could see her reflection in his phone.
She said she looked at it and realized there was a live stream to his phone from some kind of camera…
