MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman living in a Parkway Village apartment and townhome complex says she has been without a working air conditioner for two months amid stifling heat in the Mid-South.
She turned to WREG’s Shay Arthur for help. Wednesday, WREG learned the complex where she lives is headed to court about the issue.
