Third victim dies after South Bay crash that killed woman, two 13-year-old girls

SOUTH BAY, Fla. (CBS12) — A third person has died from injuries suffered in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 27 in western Palm Beach County that previously left a woman and another 13-year-old girl dead, according to an update from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened at about 3:24 p.m. on Aug. 1 near 7560 S. U.S. Highway 27 in South Bay.

Investigators said 37-year-old Tiffany Narcissus Laflet Silas was driving a 2021 Cadillac XTS south on U.S. 27 when she lost control, crossed the median and entered the northbound lanes.
