TULSA, Okla. – A Tulsa woman is facing three counts of child neglect after court documents say she gave birth to three drug-exposed newborns between 2024 and 2025.
According to court documents, Breona McBee gave birth three times during that period. Each newborn’s umbilical cord tested positive for drugs, including methamphetamines and amphetamines.
