Man sentenced to 5-20 years for role in Metro Detroit auto theft ring

Caesar Cooper, 25, from Detroit, has been sentenced to five to 20 years in prison for his role in a prolific Metro Detroit auto theft ring, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced.

Cooper was sentenced Tuesday (Aug. 11) in Oakland County’s 6th Circuit Court after pleading guilty in June to one count of conducting a criminal enterprise.
