NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was in National City on Wednesday to address the country’s homelessness crisis and announce what the federal government is calling a “treatment-first toolkit” to help improve the statistics.
“This is the first-ever treatment toolkit to help communities in America confront two deeply connected issues, addiction and homelessness,” said Secretary Kennedy.
