KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A time-honored Olathe tradition is kicking off next month with a beloved carnival and parade.
The Old Settlers Festival is launching its 128th year with entertainment, carnival rides and the largest parade in the state of Kansas, organizers say.
The festival starts at noon on Thursday, September 10 and runs through Saturday, September 12.
