Man with mental disability injured in Memphis police crash

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man with a mental disability riding an electric scooter was injured after colliding with a police cruiser near Graceland.

The crash happened early Wednesday on Elvis Presley Boulevard right in front of the mansion.

Annie Henard said her 36-year-old son Robert was headed to his girlfriend’s house when he crashed.
