Did anyone else read the legal notices in Wednesday’s Daily Sun? Seems like the Board of Supervisors of the Village Center Community Development District is meeting on Sept. 9 at 3:30 p.m. in the office at 3571 Kiessel Road.
“A resolution adopting a rule of the Village Center Community Development District Amending Chapter VIII; providing for the restatement of district rules; providing for the revision of the assessment methodology; and providing for an effective date of the restatement and amendment.”
Exactly what is this about? i.e., a complete revision to our amenity fee schedule for the area north of County Road 466?…
