Condemned parking garage in Downtown Roanoke sold, according to real estate firm

ROANOKE, Va. – A condemned parking garage near the Amtrak station in Downtown Roanoke has been sold, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, a commercial real estate firm.

According to officials, an undisclosed group purchased the structured parking garage from C.W. Francis and Son, Inc. for $1.4 million as an investment.
