DEWITT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The start of school is right around the corner. And it’s not just kids who are stressed about going back — with inflation on the rise, looking for a cheap spot to get quality clothes can be tough.
Once Upon a Child, located in DeWitt, is a store that resells gently used children’s clothing for a fraction of the price. A pair of boys’ jeans was listed at just $8, and a pair of little girls’ boots was also priced at $8.
“We do brand name items: Your Nike, your Carter, your Adidas, Puma, all the stuff that everyone wants, but we do it gently used, which is around 70 percent less than the retail price,” store owner Courtney Hobin said…
