AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin Police said Thursday they arrested a man accused of failing to stop after a crash on East Riverside Drive in December 2025.
The crash happened near E. Riverside Drive and Royal Crest Drive, at around 6:28 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2025.
“Detectives report that the suspect rear-ended a vehicle occupied by two individuals, both of whom sustained non-life-threatening injuries,” APD said. “The suspect, later identified as Kevin Eduardo Aguilar Yac, fled the scene immediately following the collision.”…
