WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A burglary suspect accused of causing injury to a Wichita Police Department detective will stand trial.
On Thursday, Sedgwick County District Court Judge Roger Woods bound Dayten Pollard over for trial on charges of:
- Two counts of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer
- Battery of a law enforcement officer
- Interference with a law enforcement officer
- Burlgary
- Theft
Pollard was arrested in March outside a North Broadway Avenue motel after police said he allegedly stole a Mercedes-Benz that had been left running in a driveway.
