OAK RIDGE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Oak Ridge Government is warning locals of solicitors who claim to be working for the city.
Residents have reported that they were solicited by a company that indicated they are working with the city and the Tennessee Valley Authority to provide grant-funded home upgrades.
