A developer is proposing more houses for the Maryland side of Valley Road, which straddles the state line on Newark’s western border.
Valley Road Estates is proposed for a vacant 13-acre lot along Valley Road, just north of Barksdale Road. The site is directly across Valley Road from Newark’s Country Hills neighborhood.
