Rio Rancho teen opens mobile coffee and matcha business

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – A coffee trailer in Rio Rancho is getting attention, including for its owner, a 17-year-old teen who started the mobile business just a few months ago, and it already has a following.

Off Northern near Vista Hills in Rio Rancho, a new business is gaining a lot of attention for its drinks, but also for the business owner behind it all. Earlier this year, 17-year-old Natalia Jurado launched Pink Pour Co., a mobile coffee and matcha business. Jurado said her busy school schedule didn’t give her the flexibility to get hired at other businesses, so she decided to open her own.

“So I was like, I really want to just open up my own business, so then I started going onto TikTok honestly, and I feel like coffee trucks are like the trend right now. And my mom was like, you’re not going to keep up with it; it’s way too much work, you’re not just going to keep up with it.
