BOONVILLE, Ind. — Warrick County officials are working to legislate data center development in their area as local residents voice opposition to the controversial projects, and economic development organizations push for them.
The Warrick County Area Plan Commission is the first group tasked with drafting an ordinance, a body made up of both elected officials and appointed members. In July, the APC opted to table the draft before them in favor of more research.
