The owner of the Westcott Theater is suing the City of Syracuse to reopen his business.
Daniel Mastronardi, owner of the entertainment venue in the Westcott neighborhood, filed the lawsuit in state supreme court Thursday after the city denied him a Large Crowd Event Entertainment License for an event scheduled for Saturday.
