In this segment, Corey Viars with the Wisconsin Humane Society discusses the 2027 Calendar Contest, explaining how the contest works and where pet owners can submit a photo of their pet for a chance to win fun prizes while supporting the Wisconsin Humane Society. Corey explains that each entry costs $20 per photo, followed by $1 per vote. Once you submit your picture, you will receive a voting link to share with others in hopes of getting the most votes. However, every photo with at least five votes is guaranteed to be featured in the calendar, and all proceeds benefit the animals and families served by the Wisconsin Humane Society.
Additionally, Corey talks about another fun event from the Wisconsin Humane Society where your pup can take a swim at the Doggie Dip. Corey explains that the event will take place the day after the “human swimming season” ends, when Ashwaubomay will turn the lake over to four-legged friends for a three-hour doggie dip.
