KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man has been charged with murder one day after a deadly shooting near 28th and Wabash.
Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson said Muhguyby Collins is charged with second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon following a shooting on Thursday, Aug. 13.
