MULTIPLE people have been shot at Virginia State University with officials hunting several suspects.
The Petersburg campus in Chesterfield County, 20 miles south of Richmond, has been locked down and numerous people taken to nearby hospitals, the authorities have said.
Gunfire erupted near the Quad Annexes, in the area of Boisseau Street and Third Avenue in the early hours of Saturday morning around 1:30am.
