SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Salvation Army of Springfield marked a construction milestone Monday as community leaders, supporters, and staff signed and placed the final structural beam for a new Harbor House and food pantry.
The topping-out ceremony is part of the agency’s Lives Transformed Campaign, which aims to address housing instability and food insecurity. The new facility will expand shelter and food services for residents across southwest Missouri.
