Albuquerque man faces 5 years after guilty plea for pointing laser at BCSO helicopter

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – An Albuquerque man faced up to five years in prison after he pleaded guilty to aiming a laser at a Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office helicopter.

Prosecutors said he struck the cockpit more than a dozen times.
