Local officials advise community members to stay home as flooding continues to impact several places throughout Noblesville and Hamilton County.
The White River has begun to recede after reaching a record crest of 23.96 feet Aug. 15 at the Noblesville gauge, surpassing the previous record of 23.8 feet set on March 25, 1913.
