Police in Lancaster County say a 29-year-old man kidnapped, strangled and struck a woman with a dumbbell during a multi-day fight in late July.
Elias R. Brown of Upper Leacock Township, Lancaster County, was charged last month with kidnapping, aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and related charges.
He remains at large, according to online court records…
