A 15-year-old San Marcos boy has been missing since Tuesday, and Hays County investigators are now asking the public to help track him down. Maxsen “Max” Luff was reported as a runaway from his residence in the San Marcos area on August 11, and detectives are working the case under case number 2026-46862.
According to the Hays County Sheriff’s Office, Max was last seen wearing black Carhartt overalls, a black band T-shirt, and a black vest covered in an assortment of patches. Investigators have not released details about which direction he may have headed or whether he had any planned destination.
