Drivers should expect overnight lane closures and a reduced speed limit on parts of Interstate 5 between DuPont and Lacey.
According to a news release from the Washington State Department of Transportation, crews will be replacing concrete panels starting on Monday, Aug. 17.
“Lane closures begin as early as 8 p.m. As the evening progresses, either direction of I-5 could be reduced to 1 single lane,” WSDOT said in another release. “Lanes reopen as late as 6 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends. Travelers will also notice signs that advise a speed limit reduction from 60 mph to 45 mph.”…
