CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash involving pedestrians early Sunday morning in the Conway area, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
HCFR said crews were dispatched at 12:16 a.m. to the area of Highway 544 and Elvington Loop.
Critical injuries were reported, and two people were transported to the hospital with injuries. Officials did not provide additional information about their conditions…
