ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Two Pensacola 18-year-olds are charged with multiple armed vehicle burglaries in an Escambia County neighborhood.
Kytaya Sims is facing these charges:
- armed burglary (4 counts)
- resisting arrest
- grand theft of a firearm
- display firearm during felony
Jared Stevens is facing these charges:
- armed burglary (4 counts)
- resisting arrest
- attempted burglary of a residence
The crimes happened on Aug. 9-10 between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
According to the arrest report, Sims and Stevens committed three armed vehicle burglaries at homes in the 10000 block of Centre Street, and another at a home on the 10000 block of Fair Pine Drive…
