Two days before a 17-year-old boy fell to his death while exploring the long-vacant Plaza Tower high rise in New Orleans, Kenner police arrested a Massachusetts YouTuber accused of entering the similarly-abandoned Esplanade Mall and recording video that was posted online.
Stephen Pamaran, 33, was booked Thursday with felony unauthorized entry of a business and misdemeanor unlawful posting of criminal activity for notoriety or publicity, according to Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley.
Investigators have obtained a warrant for a second YouTuber, known as RangerRickTV, who allegedly accompanied Pamaran and posted the video to his channel in September 2025, said Kenner Police Deputy Chief Mark McCormick. Police have not yet been able to locate him, McCormick said…
