SAN ANTONIO — Two men have been arrested after two people were robbed of their jewelry at gunpoint at J Street Park.
According to an arrest affidavit, around 2 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, the victims gave Sebastian Torres Arteaga Jr., 19, Robert Rivas Jr., 18, and a third person a ride to the park at 3500 J Street.
The third person pointed a handgun at one victim’s head, pulled him from the vehicle, and demanded his jewelry. The victim handed over a replica gold necklace and charm, along with gold earrings…
