PORTSMOUTH, VA. (WAVY) — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects they say are connected to a series of commercial thefts.
Police released photos of the suspects as they investigate several larcenies in the area, including one reported in the 2000 block of Victory Boulevard.
