Police officials have found a Wagner, South Dakota suspect dead in Iowa after a short search for him in a murder investigation.
Officials with the Yankton Sioux Tribe say that James Leroy Perdue III was named as a suspect in a homicide case. He was widely considered “armed and dangerous.”

Why Were Police Looking for James Perdue in South Dakota?
The Yankton Sioux Tribe published a press release on its Facebook page detailing the case and the risk James Perdue posed to the community and throughout the Sioux Empire. The incident in question occurred on Friday, August 14th “at approximately 9:04 PM.”
