Kathy Tommasini, who lives on East 14th Street, said debris has accumulated around the East 14th Street property with people frequently coming and going from the area across her house.
She said she has contacted the city looking for help and wants to see the conditions addressed.

“What I’ve been seeing is a constant buildup of a hoarder that has now turned his inside house of hoarding to the blatant eyes of all residents that live on this street” Tommasini said.
