Home sales in the Huntsville area continue to rise with the temperatures this summer.
Sales in almost every market in North Alabama remained above last year’s pace in July, according to statistics from the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors.
“Seven months into 2026, the North Alabama housing market continues to outperform expectations,” Darrin Hasley, president Capstone Realty, told AL.com. “Sales remain well above where we started the year, inventory has grown by nearly 900 homes since January, and median home prices have increased while market times have improved substantially.”…
