CONWAY, S.C. — Conway City Council gave first reading approval on an agreement Monday, Aug. 17 allowing Backwater Bites to operate as a mobile food truck at the city marina, located at 4 Elm St in downtown Conway.
The non-exclusive franchise agreement, would allow Eric Jordan, operating as Conway Outpost LLC, to bring the food truck to the marina seven days a week.
