PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen in Center City earlier this month.
Lian Di Kuang, 41, of Philadelphia, was last seen Friday, Aug. 14, at 1:34 a.m. on the 400 block of Callowhill Street.
