HAMBURG, NY — New York State Police arrested a California woman on an aggravated DWI charge after she was found unresponsive in a vehicle on the New York State Thruway with a young child in the backseat.
Emily Vanwolbeck, 38, of Eureka, California, was charged with aggravated DWI with a passenger less than 16 under Leandra’s Law.
