ROCKVILLE, Md. (DC News Now) — A mother died in the hospital after she was hit by a vehicle while walking with her child in Rockville on Monday night, according to officials.
The deadly collision took place near Chapman Avenue and Twinbrook Parkway minutes before 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 17.
