KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — At its Kalamazoo taproom, One Well Brewing is now serving cocktails made with its very own liquor.
The brewery officially launched One Well Spirits last week, with offerings like vodka, gin, rum, bourbon, light whiskey and agave spirits. They’re available by the bottle or in a variety of cocktails, including vodka sodas, old fashioneds, palomas, mojitos and margaritas.

It’s the latest expansion for One Well, which opened in 2014 as a craft brewery and later added ciders, seltzers and more.
“About 12 years ago, our owner Chris (O’Neill) wanted to create a space for our community to come together, hang out, enjoy good times, enjoy some good food, some craft beer,” explained Tobin Hernandez, master blender at One Well. “And slowly, over the years, we’ve expanded. … Going into spirits, we wanted to be able to offer a different experience to those who may not drink beer, but they still want to go out with their friends.”…
