NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Bellevue woman ran to safety after a man climbed onto her vehicle and kicked her windshield while she was in the car with her dog last week. That ordeal was captured by a Ring camera.
This was the last thing Tonya Neff thought would happen to her outside of her Stallion Court home in broad daylight on Thursday, Aug. 13.
