PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — A violent collision between a vehicle and an electric-assisted bicycle left a 33-year-old woman seriously injured, according to the Port St. Lucie Police Department.
PSLPD says that at around 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to a crash involving a vehicle and an electric-assisted bicycle at the intersection of SE Crosstown Parkway, and SE Sandia Drive.
Investigators learned that a Dodge Challenger driven by a 48-year-old woman, was traveling southbound on SE Crosstown Parkway when she struck a 33-year-old woman who was traveling southbound across SE Crosstown Parkway at SE Sandia Drive while riding the bicycle…
