Fayetteville, N.Y. — Less than a year after one of Fayetteville’s best-known restaurants closed, its historic home is preparing for a new chapter.
The former Arad Evans Inn will reopen in early October as Dear Dad, an upscale steakhouse from restaurateurs Mark Bullis and Nathan Fullmer, the partners behind Bull & Bear Roadhouse, The Daily Diner and Yards Grille at Green Lakes State Park.
