SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Have you seen this man?
The Syracuse Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating 33-year-old Kennedy Smiley Jr. of Syracuse. He is said to be a 5’08” Black male with black hair and brown eyes, weighing around 180 lbs.
His last known address is on Craddock Street, and he has 30 prior local arrests.
Smiley is accused of forcing entry into a victim’s apartment and damaging the door. Police said he violated an order of protection in doing so. Smiley is said to have a documented history of domestic-related incidents involving the same victim…
